1. You can collect your order from our premises in Chapel Street, Congleton, Cheshire. Please place your order online and select Collect in Person as your delivery method when you complete the checkout, then email or call us (01260 218009) to let us know when you would like to collect the package. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and if you have paid by credit/debit card online then please bring the card used for payment. You are welcome to pay on collection if you prefer - just select cheque payment at checkout. We can take payment by cheque, card or cash when you collect your order. Unfortunately it is not possible to allow customers on the premises to browse as our insurance will not cover access by members of the public.
2. We have a contract with a courier firm for next working day delivery to most of the UK - you will have the option to select this service when you complete the checkout procedure on the website. Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and orders received before 12 noon will be despatched the same day. They can deliver to a work address or a neighbour if you prefer - just put the different delivery address on your details when you place the order. A signature will be required. We can only despatch orders weighing up to 2kg by this method - but very few orders exceed this weight. If yours is too heavy we will contact you by phone to discuss the alternatives. Please note that this service is not available to the Channel Islands or any of the Scottish islands, or to the following postcodes - AB, DD, IV, KW, PH and PA . It is available as a two day service to Northern Ireland.
3. You can select Royal Mail First Class as your delivery option. Although in our experience most orders posted via Royal Mail First Class arrive within 1-2 days this is not a guaranteed service.
